News item: Scheduled hardware upgrade

Today we'll be performing a hardware upgrade in our TBC server. We expect the server to be down for 30 minutes, somewhere between 5 PM and 10 PM GMT+1 (CET). The datacenter will be upgrading our memory, so we can handle more players.
